Since I have to work full time hubby picks up the slack on the home front, here are some of the goodies he made for us this week. Strawberry Tart, Blueberry Tart and Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies, he actually got to break out and use my French tart pans, they were just right for the job, so glad I was able to suggest them for the job. The pastry is a rich egg yolk pastry, quite delicious.

Oh my goodness...you are so fortunate to have a talented and willing cook for a husband! The tarts and cookies look delicious and that crust sounds mouth watering. I suppose I should go and make my porridge now ;)
