13. The Woman and The Seed Tour, The Met Virgin and Child
In the above picture of Virgin and child, it is the woman who is the one stepping on the serpent, not the seed. In mother/son worship the woman supersedes the son.
That's interesting. Makes you wonder where these weird ideas come from - but there again - we know!
