| I tried maple walnut fudge. |
Ever since I went to the orchard shop last weekend, I've been thinking of making fudge. Fudge is easy to make and soo good. I always made it as a child, along with peppermint creams, toffee and coconut ice.

Love that shop. I too am going to lake some fudeg this Christmas. I have tried a few tuimes wbut with not much success. this time I have a digital thermomètre so it might be better this tiem. If you have a recipe that works could you post it and I will do the same.
