Orchid Madness

OK this is the orchid in my office on my desk.  It has now, wait for it, ten flowers and nine buds, isn't that amazing?

When I chose this orchid at the shop I thought that I had chosen a yellow one, as all the buds were closed up, but they soon opened.  I was a little disappointed that it was the white, not that it isn't truly beautiful, it was just not my choice, and it said back to me, I'm not the unfavoured step child, just see how lovely I am, and she is.
