The muffin disaster

"In waste not, want not."

Yes the Boy made muffins and they were all ready to cook when disaster struck, the muffin pan slipped and all the batter tipped out into the oven.

At first we were going to make another batch, but we did not have all the ingredients, so on a brain wave by mum, in the theory of "waste not, want not" we were able to salvage about two thirds of the mix, and were able to cook eight muffins.

A little dirt never hurt anyone.
